Instead of being made with the classic dough, our Artisanal Panettone is expertly crafted using the more complex 3-Dough Method, which gives the panettone greater softness.
The long 40-hour leavening process with Live Sourdough Starter gives our product high digestibility.
The Panettone is kneaded exclusively with Live Sourdough Starter and contains absolutely no preservatives (product life 60 days) and is made only with Sicilian products. 60 days of preservation and maturation.
The Panettone will be shipped in a personalized tin wrapper.
May contain traces of nuts, sesame, peanuts, lupins.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
